Although it does feature hearts and messages, I think it will be adorable all year long. I know my girls will wear them LONG after Feb. 14. I ABSOLUTELY love the “vintageness” of this fabric and can’t wait to get my hands on it! I will be offering a ruffled pant set, skirt set, or embellished jean set (pictures of those coming soon). I will only be making 6 pant or skirt sets and 5 embellished jean sets, so reserve your spot soon.

A little bit of whimsy

This is my latest set, and I am THRILLED with the end product. After I made Anne Pearce and Essie’s sets I have enough to make ONE more set. This fabric is amazing….it’s Whimsy by Pillow and Maxfield and is true eye candy. It’s got several shades of pink and green and is beautiful. The pant is a bell bottomed ruffle pant with 5 inch double ruffles….. Essie said they were dancing pants! Precious. The top is monogrammed in pink and green to match the pants. This shirt is so versatile though, and could be worn with tons of stuff. I would also do an appliqued initial tee like the one shown here if you’d rather. I use Old Navy tshirts….. This set as shown is $55 plus $3 shipping. Act quickly. This one won’t last long. I am cutting fabric tonight, and this set will ship in a week or less.

Hello all. I have over 20 yards of delicious designer Christmas fabrics and would hate to let them all go to waste. I have decided that I will make 5 Christmas sets with a ruffled pant, appliqued shirt, and bow for $50 ! These outfits will be delivered by the week of Thanksgiving. If I finish the first 5 I'll make some more. The first 5 people to email me will guarantee a spot in the first round. I'm also going to have a waiting list in case I finish. I anticipate that I'll be able to do 10, but I don't want to over extend myself. I have found that I have more time to sew now that my girls are in preschool and will be offering a special outfit here and there. Can't wait to hear from you guys! Merry Christmas in September!

Choice 1 is Angel Cakes by Alexander Henry with Dots and Stripes by Riley Blake to coordinate. I can see these precious little shapes appliqued on the shirt or a candy cane out of that yummy red stripe.

Choice#2 is Whimsical trees by Alexander Henry paired with Jennifer Paganelli's Eliza Stripes in red or lime to coordinate. I can see a big present made of these fabrics appliqued on the tshirt or a funky Christmas tree...

This outfit now holds the official title of FAVORITE OUTFIT EVER! This set includes a top or dress made from Jennifer Paganelli's Dance with Me fabrics accented with a Heather Ross stripe. It has a straight bodice and gathered skirt with a coordinating cuff at the hem. The top ties on the shoulder with coordinating fabric.... The pinks and oranges in the fabric go beautifully together. This top can be worn alone as a dress or with the pant. The pant can be worn 2 ways: as a bloomer pant with the bottom cinched with ribbon and a toggle or as a wide leg gaucho. 2 looks from one pair of pants! These pants would also be adorable with a pink, orange, or white top. This set will carry you all the way through fall, as it has plenty of room to add a long sleeved tee or top underneath. This set is available in sizes 1-8. I will make a white peasant top to match for $20 more or an initial tank for $15 more.

This is Maggie with our new "friend". When she came over today I showed her my new dress form. She named her Rose.... Maggie said she's her friend and that she'll come see her everyday. She was cracking me up.... My girls kept peeking under the skirt... Anne Pearce kept kissing on Rosey.... Too funny. That's a Sweet Natalie in some SWEET Alexander Henry fairy fabric. I LOVE this pattern. It's so versatile and takes on a different personality depending on choice of fabrics.....

Birthday Outfits are Coming!!!

I am going to be offering 3 options for birthday outfits.... One option will be a new dress style. The other option will be the full skirt or ruffled pant with monogrammed top from our Megan... I will need 2-3 weeks notice for these outfits, but let me know if you have an emergency! The dress will be $45, and the skirt outfit will be $55. You can also choose an embellished tee if you don't want the monogrammed one. Here is an example of the shirt and fabric. I am making the first set this week and will post a picture when I'm done.

I am working on some spring/summer samples to show you gals..... I'm working on the damask sets now along with the embellished skirts..... I'm planning on making the Valentiney sets this coming weekend and the beginning of next week....So many of you expressed interest that I ordered more fabric! Would you be interested in an Easter casual set?? If several of you are I could order some fabric!

I have thought and thought about prices for sets..... I try to keep things as low as I can, but I do have to make a little $$$$. Sometimes I don't make much at all, and that's ok..... I love doing specials, and I will pop up with those here and there where I can price shirts and pants/skirts for $45. Starting today you can choose from the Just Bella pant in regular or capri length or a super twirly drop waisted skirt along with an embellished tee for $50. I've looked around, and most people charge $60 for these sets...... When I order one batch of fabric like the Damask or Valentiney sets I can do it for less.......

If you need something NOW like within 5 days you can pay $50 extra. I will make it that day or the next and ship it overnight.........

Yes, I am!!!! I have found a great pattern in sizes 4-22..... flattering pull on with elastic waist and drop waistband..... A-dorable. I'm going to be whipping up one of these numbers for myself along with a PRECIOUS flower pin made from 3 yo-yo's. Going to be FABULOUS. Price for "Mommy Skirt"- $40 for size 4-10. Size 12 and up please add $8. The pin will be my little treat for you! As always, let me know if you're interested.... I'll post a picture of mine soon. Got the fabric samples today..... Let me just tell you that Daisy, my mom, and I drooled all over them. I'll post pictures of them tomorrow when we have some light..... I'm sending out invoices for the Damask set..... The bows are here, and Megan is ready to go..... I'll start on them the weekend after Christmas! I gotta make some $$$$ to order Easter fabric!!! ;)

Easter is on April 12 this year.... I know that seems a LONG way off, but it really isn't. I have found a gorgeous fabric family that I will be using to make my Easter Creations.... I am offering 4 dress styles and a skirt. I am making samples after Christmas and plan to have them ready mid-January. To go along with the dress I am making matching Easter Baskets out of the same fabric. Can you say FABULOUS? I'm also giving the option of adding a stuffed bunny and bow to match! If you don't want the basket, bunny, or bow I will sell the dresses alone. A couple of these dresses will have embellished or hand embroidered aprons and will be very time consuming to make, so I am only committing to 10 orders. 4 people have already expressed interest, so that only leaves 6 spots. I plan to have these shipped by mid-March to give you plenty of time to have those Easter pictures taken. Email me if you want me to hold you a spot. I'm not taking money now..... I just want to get an idea of who's interested. Prices will range from $70- $120 for the set. Dresses will start at $45-50.

Oh my! Oh my! Oh my! I just want to wrap myself up in these fabrics..... They are by the wonderful Jennifer Paganelli and are DELICIOUS.... The peasant dresses, twirl skirts, apron skirts, ruffles, pants, and embellishments are all SPEAKING to me. I can't wait to see what comes of all this.... Jennifer is wonderful and has agreed to ship me some more of her stash to auction some items off for Global Orphan Team...... I'm cooking up a fabulous apron skirt for the first auction that will feature an embroidered Guatemalan (or which race you prefer) girl for the apron. It's going to be FABULOUS for a great cause...... When I get the fabric from Jennifer I'll post some pics.... For now, I'm going to put all these beauties in my dryer!

The set will include a long sleeved turquoise or green embellished tee with the NEW embellished apron skirt pictured above.... The fabric will be the same family as the one shown in fuschia or turquoise..... I can do the skirt up to size 7, but the t-shirts only go up to size 4 in the colors.... I can go up as high as needed in the white. If I don't get 5 orders I won't be able to do this set right now.....

OK folks, I have enough of this YUMMY fabric left to make one (MAYBE 2) skirt sets..... Since it's so close to Christmas I will make the skirt and tee for $38. Even better??? I'll make it tonight and ship it tomorrow US Priority Mail! That means you'll have it by the weekend or earlier!!! This fabric is suitable for year round wear..... It can be paired with a pair of leggings and a turtleneck for those cold days and as it is ALL YEAR LONG. If you purchased the sash tee and pant set, this will coordinate perfectly.... You would have 4 different outfit combinations! I have shirred the hem of the tee shirt to accentuate the drop waist of the skirt. Let me know if you would rather it not be shirred...Shirring doesn't affect the size of the tee. The fabric stretches back to it's original size. The color of the tee shirt will depend of what colors and sizes are available at my local Tarjay...... The first person to email me will be the lucky recipient of this set..... I'll notify the 2nd person, and if I have enough fabric I'll make them one too. This set can be machine washed and dried, although I suggest drying for a few minutes then hanging to dry.

Hello all! I will admit that I have enjoyed my time off, but I am DYING to make SOMETHING new!!!! Sneak previews of the Spring Line will be starting in the next couple of weeks.... I can't wait to show you what I have planned.... It's fun and FABULOUS! I've also got some yummy fabric coming for some peasant dresses (short or long sleeved). I will have a limited amount, so it will be first come first served..... Be watching for the fabric soon. I've had several people email me about the next set. The price will be $40 for a pair of Just Bella Pants, monogrammed tee with choice of monogram style, and a LARGE double layered bow. You can't beat that with a stick! Believe it or not, I'm already thinking about and planning a spring line. I'm picking out fabrics and deciding WHAT I'm going to offer...... I plan to offer 6-8 outfits and have 5-6 fabric families for you to choose from. I need to know what YOU would like to see.....What kinds of things do you want and need?? So far I have a couple of capri sets with boutique bottoms and tops as well as a couple of dresses..... Let me hear from you. Let me know what you would like, and I will do my best to add it.

I am also going to do a FEW trunk shows (3-5) and give discounts to the hostesses. I will travel to the places I can and ship the samples to the others. If this is something you are interested in email me soon. I already have one lined up (Thanks, Becky!!!). I promise to make it as painfree as possible. We can also do "E shows" completely online where you get credit......
